<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">The CRD is conducting a public consultation forum here in James Bay on Thursday, February 4, 2010 to gather views on what individuals think makes a livable and sustainable region.</div>

<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">Designed as an interactive event, (using MetroQuest&rsquo;s innovative planning tool), participants will have a hand in shaping the future of the region which is home to&nbsp;approximately 350,000 people.</div>

<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">Whether individuals wish to attend this session in person or participate online, they will have a chance to &ldquo;vote&rdquo; on options for managing regional issues such as transportation, housing, and future growth locations.</div>

<div style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">This might well be of interest to those who are looking for effective ways to gather feedback from residents on issues such as transportation and housing, as well as amenities and services for the City of Victoria as well James Bay both of which will be updating their Official Community Plans in the near future.</div>
