James Bay Housing – Apartment/Condo Rentals
James Bay has plenty of apartments, furnished rooms, and subsidized family housing units and even the odd condo or two for rent. Which reminds me of a curious conundrum — why are they called apartments when they’re all stuck together?
Apartments for rent in James Bay (Victoria, BC) range from affordable to deluxe-plus pricing. Bachelors range from $500 to $700/month; 1-bedroom from $750 to $1500 and a 2-bedroom from $1000 to $2500.
Here is a list of places to check out if you’re seeking a place to plop down in this neck of the woods…whether for a permanent place to call home or simply a short-time stay (like many visiting snowbirds from the Prairies or Ontario seeking a respite from the white stuff).
All accommodations in James Bay are close to amenities, shopping, and within easy walking distance to the Inner Harbour and downtown, as well as Beacon Hill Park and the ocean front and beach.
